Mothers in Darfur Mothers in Darfur beg us for Kindergartens because they know that education is the way out of poverty. Only 2% of mothers can read and write. We have already built 4 Kindergartens. This year we are planning 5 more to at last give children a chance their mothers never had. Children develop mentally and physically fastest during their early years. The mental stimulation, physical activities and social interaction at our Kindergartens provides a solid foundation which will enable them to achieve greater success in their subsequent education.
